Enclosed are the final pre-construction FAQ's. We hope this will keep you informed on the progress and development of Liberty Motorsports Park. Within 30-45 days, a hard date for ground breaking will be announced. These are frank and candid questions that should communicate the focus on success at all levels Liberty Motorsports Park is destined for.
Q: The last update said ground breaking should have already started, why hasn't dirt started moving yet?
A: As this project has taken shape, more has been added. We believe we have commitments for 35($M) of development and this has changed some up front requirements. A more concise land plan is being developed to ensure that all commercial development obligations are being met. Additionally, we have taken on more investors. After visits to other tracks by our investment group(s) they decided that the facility should have more amenities. This has turned out to be a very positive circumstance for all of the supporters of the facility.
Q: What should developers and franchise owners do to be part of the development?
A: The development team at Liberty Motorsports Park is working to expand the commercial and residential opportunities. PLEASE NOTE: There is no public utility access at this time. The Liberty Motorsports Park development team will put in over 8($M) of utilities and access for development, NOW is the time to let Anne Vickery know about your development focus. We will coordinate utilities and access as needed. Please contact Anne at 713.907.9680.
Q: What are all of the things being developed at Liberty Motorsports Park?
A: This is perhaps the most exciting development in country right now. When some of our investors returned from a visit to Barber Motorsports Park, they immediately realized, "We need more!" So now many of the original articles are being put back into the build out plan. It is exciting to say the least. Within the 819 acres of the Motorsports Park, Estate Homes, Hotel, Restaurants, and Convenience stores surround a beautiful and scenic 14 turn road course. It truly is a Master Planned Motorsports Park.
