Liberty Motorsports Park Development Team Picks Apart Track Layout

The Liberty Motorsports Park development team spent over 6 hours reviewing the track layout and changed over 16 aspects of the racecourse. This is a necessary part of the development process and The team of Doug Polen, Ron Barrick, Tom Haley, and Marcus McBain found 2 major issues and 14 minor issues to be corrected. Items to be addressed include:

1. Pit entrance and Pit exit
2. Turns 1,2, and 3 will undergo complete redesign
3. All turns were reviewed and modified to meet radius and run-off requirements dictated by the team

The design and development is an on-going process and the LMP management team will continuously use consultants and industry professionals to fine-tune the design of the track until construction is actually complete.
